M41 HEER TRANSITIONAL (M42) FELDBLUSE  AND TROUSERS

DESCRIPTION

Wehrmacht (Heer) NCO's Feldbluse M41. This is an EM's issue tunic. The high-quality wool/rayon blend construction field blouse has six front closure buttons and is recognisable with four pleated front pockets. It has a hand-applied M43 style BeVo-woven breast-eagle. Shoulder boards and buttons are present. The interior of the field blouse is partially lined in ribbed tan-coloured cotton and is nicely size marked (chest size 90cms) and dated 1941. The tunic shows some field repairs and heavy usage but is in overall good condition.

The trousers, accompanied by the tunic, are in good condition but show some heavy repairs. It still has the original owner's name on it. See photos.
